WE
OFFER THE FOLLOWING

The
"G" PILE System
(NO NOISE, NO VIBRATION, EPA compliant).
We
can install pre-cast concrete, steel or timber piles with no noise
and no vibration with each pile static load tested to its ULTIMATE
LOAD during installation.
The
types of preformed piles have included precast concrete piles of
sizes varying from 185mm squared to 550mm square, steel tube piles
closed ended and filled with reinforced concrete and hardwood timber
piles.

The
YZY600T
machine can install pre-cast or steel piles, to unlimited depths
to an ultimate load of 600 tonnes (6000 KN).
- The
YZY120T
machine can install pre-cast, steel or timber piles in 6 metre
long segments to unlimited depths and to a maximum load of 120
tonnes (1200KN).
Both
of the “G”
PILE systems
carry out a static load test on
EACH
pile as they are installed eliminating the need for any further
pile load testing and integrity testing. Because the piles can be
visually inspected during manufacture or supply, and all piles are
load tested during installation, you are assured of 100% Q.A.
- Bored
Piles
to 1500mm diameter 45 metres deep and
under-reaming to 3000 diameter.
We
have available a large range of drilling equipment to cover all
types of bored piles to buildings, contiguous walls, telecommunication
tower bases, caissons, retention systems, tower crane footings etc.
We
can supply and install concrete and re-enforcement steel to all
bored piles and pile caps.
DESIGN
and CONSTRUCT
We
offer a complete design & construct system with all pile design
& certificaffon carried out by independent
geotechnical engineers.
Alternatively
we can submit a quotation on your design with your engineer being
responsible for certifying the completed works.

TRIVELSONDA
T16 BORING RIG:
The
TRIVE T16
is a 50 tonne track mounted rig capable of drilling in Class 1,
2 rock to 40 metre depth and 1500mm diameter.
TRIVELSONDA
T12 BORING RIG:
The
TRIVE T12
is a 35 tonne track mounted rig capable of drilling in Class 1,
2 rock to 40 metre depth and 1500mm diameter.
Calweld 252 auger rig
The
Calweld rig is capable of drilling class 2 rock to a depth of 15m and 1200mm
diameter.
PENGO DRILLING RIGS:
We have a range of PENGO 375 units capable of drilling Class 3 rock to a depth of 9 metres and 1200mm diameter.
We also have available
BOB-CAT
mounted rigs and for tight areas and/or low clearances we have
"FORUM"
rigs available.
